Is there a subscription?
No. Every programme and metric is included for life. Buy once, yours forever.
How much does it weigh and how big is it?
700 g, and 104 x 104 x 60 mm. It fits in a jacket pocket.
How much resistance does it hold?
2 to 20 kg, adjustable to the kilogram, held steady through the whole pull by a robot-grade motor.
Do I need a gym or a spare room?
No. It anchors to a door seam, a chair leg or your own foot. Nothing is drilled and nothing stays behind.
How do I get started?
Short press to wake, long press to start. Pair it with the IMBODY app and you are training in a few minutes.
How do I change or replace the accessories?
The accessories use a patented quick-release connector, so they twist on and off without tools.
Does the package include all the accessories?
The standard package includes every essential accessory and is ready to use out of the box. Upgrade packages add accessories according to their own list.
Can I use my own accessories?
No. Power Cube is built to work with IMBODY accessories only.
Is the app on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The IMBODY app is on both the App Store and Google Play.
What training modes are there?
Six. Standard, eccentric, concentric, elastic, rowing and charge. Each changes how the weight behaves rather than just how much of it there is.
How many exercises can I do?
Over 200, covering the whole body, all guided in the app.
How long does a charge last?
Around 500 reps at 20 kg. In charge mode the cube sends energy back to your phone while you train.
